Information about available delivery options
Orders placed on the website are delivered by the CDEK courier service. When placing a pre-order, the delivery method and address are specified when paying the remaining amount immediately before the order is shipped, rather than when making the advance payment.
Courier delivery to your door
Orders are delivered daily from 9:00 a. m. to 6:00 p. m. (in large cities until 9:00 p. m. as agreed with the CDEK delivery department). You can choose 3-hour delivery intervals on weekdays.
The order is stored at the courier service for 14 days. If you have not received your order on time, CDEK specialists will contact you. If the customer does not answer the phone, the parcel will be sent to temporary storage or returned to the sender.
Pickup at the pickup point
As a rule, pickup points are open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on weekdays, until 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays, and closed on Sundays. Please check the available hours for a specific pickup point when ordering goods using your chosen method.
Postmats (OmniCDEK)
You can select the nearest parcel terminal on the map when placing your order and pick up your goods using the code sent to the phone number you provided when placing your order. Orders are stored at parcel terminals for 3 days.
If the CDEK locker is not working, has not opened, has slammed shut, or is empty, please contact the company’s support service: +7 495 009-04-05. If the locker belongs to Halva, please contact the company’s staff at: 8 800 100-81-17.
